Incyte’s KRAS G12D Drug Shows 81% Response Rate in Pancreatic Cancer Trials
Incyte presented Phase 1 data at ESMO 2026 showing its KRAS G12D inhibitor, INCB161734, achieved an 81% confirmed objective response rate when combined with modified FOLFIRINOX chemotherapy in pancreatic cancer patients. The drug also showed a 100% disease control rate and a 90% six-month progression-free survival rate. Incyte has initiated a global Phase 3 trial for this combination, with results expected in 2028, positioning it as a competitor to Revolution Medicines’ recently approved Rasonque.
