Schneider Electric to acquire PTC for $22.6B, boosting industrial software portfolio
Schneider Electric agreed to acquire industrial software firm PTC for $22.6 billion in an all-cash deal. The acquisition, which values PTC at $23.7 billion including debt, is expected to close by Q3 2027 and will integrate PTC's product lifecycle management tools with Schneider's existing software assets.
