Apple has released the third developer betas of iOS 27 and iPadOS 27 two weeks after the prior beta, introducing Siri AI with a standalone Siri app, expanding Apple Intelligence features across Photos, Safari, Shortcuts, Wallet, and Passwords, and adding Write with Siri; Visual Intelligence moves to the Camera app with a new Siri mode, while refinements to Liquid Glass and a transparency slider accompany general performance improvements to speed up app launches, AirDrop, keyboard response, and Wi‑Fi/Cellular handoffs.
