Orioles Lock In Bradish on Five-Year, $90M Extension
The Orioles announced a five-year, $90 million extension for right-hander Kyle Bradish, keeping him in Baltimore through 2031 and covering his remaining arbitration years plus three free-agent seasons. Bradish, 29, has a 3.61 ERA through 19 starts in 2026 and, health permitting after elbow surgery in 2024, could approach a career-high in innings; his salary climbs from $10 million next season to $28 million in 2031. The deal, following Shane Baz’s five-year agreement earlier this season, reinforces Baltimore’s top-of-rotation core as the club expands its payroll and contends through the decade.
