Wisconsin Rep. Tiffany survives emergency water landing with minor injuries
Wisconsin Rep. Tom Tiffany, the GOP nominee for governor, says he and the plane’s pilot sustained only minor injuries after a light Beechcraft K35 lost power and made an emergency water landing on Lake Wausau; they swam to safety, were treated at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, and the FAA will investigate the incident, which involved two people aboard and left both survivors alert and conscious.
