Coyote vs. Acme Resurfaces After Three-Year Hollywood Purge
The live-action/animation hybrid Coyote vs. Acme premieres in US theaters on August 28, 2026, after being shelved by Warner Bros. Discovery in 2023. Stars Will Forte and Lana Condor recall a 'funeral screening' that convinced them the film would eventually find a home. Ketchup Entertainment acquired the rights for approximately $50 million, reversing a $30 million tax write-off taken by the former studio.
