Red Bull Confirms Isack Hadjar as 2027 Teammate for Max Verstappen
Red Bull Racing has extended the contract of French driver Isack Hadjar, securing him as Max Verstappen's teammate for the 2027 season. The 21-year-old, who joined the senior team this year after a rookie season with Racing Bulls, has demonstrated strong pace, including a third-place finish in Monaco. Team principal Laurent Mekies called the decision 'easy,' citing Hadjar's composure and performance despite a recent wrist injury that sidelined him for three races. Hadjar expressed gratitude for the opportunity to drive alongside a four-time world champion, while Verstappen recently signed a two-year extension through 2030.
