A bug in Microsoft's automated maintenance request system in the West US data center incorrectly marked additional network devices for maintenance, removing IP routes and causing a broad outage across Azure and Microsoft 365 services (including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Admin Center, Power Automate, Copilot, and Loop).
