Beware of the Dangerous WhatsApp Pink Scam
A WhatsApp Pink scam is circulating on the messaging app, claiming to be an official version with a pink theme and new features. However, the app is actually a malicious one that can steal data such as banking details, OTPs, photos, and contacts. Android users are advised to only download apps from trusted sources like the Google Play store, while iPhone users need not worry as Apple does not allow apps to be installed from unknown sources. If you have already installed the app, it is important to uninstall it immediately.
