Colorado Issues Public Alert for 405 Stores After Craft Vapes Found Contaminated with Cancer-Linked Solvent
Colorado regulators issued a health advisory on September 25, 2026, warning consumers about 49 contaminated vape products from manufacturer StayCon (doing business as Craft). The products, sold at 405 stores between March and September, contained methylene chloride, a cancer-causing solvent. The recall followed a six-week delay after a third-party lab detected the contaminant, amid stalled state testing protocols.
