"Chicago-area Residents Urged to Conserve Water as Severe Weather Approaches"

The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago has issued an "overflow action alert" as heavy rains, flash flooding, damaging hail, and possible tornadoes are expected.
