Mexican Congress Explores Peruvian Mummies in Second UFO Session
Mexico's Congress held a second briefing on UFOs, featuring Peruvian mummies that were declared authentic by researchers. While the remains were not certified as extraterrestrial, Mexican journalist and UFO enthusiast Jaime Maussan presented doctors who confirmed the bodies were of real, once-living organisms. Anthropologist Roger Zuniga stated that the beings were not of human origin, but did not know their true origin. Critics pointed to previous studies suggesting the specimens were modified using animal and human bones. Some participants in the session offered more extreme explanations, including the belief that the mummies were an evolved version of humans.
