Bristol Myers Squibb's experimental pill, mezigdomide, has shown promising efficacy in a Phase II clinical trial for advanced multiple myeloma patients. The drug, classified as a "molecular glue," demonstrated a response rate of 41% and a median duration of response of 7.6 months. Patients did not experience cancer progression for a median of 4.4 months.
