Former police chief recalls 2009 arrest of Raymond Horsch, father linked to Philadelphia missing-women probe
A former Bucks County police chief has recalled the 2009 arrest of Raymond 'R.C.' Horsch, the father of Eugene Horsch, who is central to a Philadelphia investigation into missing women. During that 2009 raid, authorities found marijuana, firearms, and female IDs at the Chalfont home. While investigators have not searched the Chalfont property in the current case, they are reviewing over one million digital files from the Olney home, where five women are believed dead and two remain missing.
