Decoding the Health Messages in Your Snot Color.

The color and consistency of your snot can be an early warning sign for health problems. Clear, thin snot is considered healthy, but if it is too white, it could signal congestion or that you are about to come down with an illness. Black snot could be an early sign of Mucormycosis, a rare and dangerous fungal infection.
