
NYPD fatally shoots machete-wielding suspect after random Grand Central stabbing spree
At NYC’s Grand Central–42nd Street station, a machete-wielding man attacked three people in a random incident. Police ordered him to drop the weapon multiple times, and he advanced toward officers, who then fatally shot him. The victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries; the suspect, Anthony Griffin, 44, had prior arrests.
