NC Booth Drops Confederate Flag Display at DC Mall Fair
Organizers for North Carolina’s pavilion at the Great American State Fair on the National Mall removed a Confederate flag image after it was displayed without approval for the nation’s 250th birthday celebration; one sponsor, Mt. Olive Pickles, withdrew its participation in the NC pavilion.
