Windows 11 preview lets you name your user folder during setup

Microsoft is testing a Windows 11 Dev Channel feature that adds a Device Name option during the out-of-box experience (OOBE), allowing users to specify a custom Windows user folder name instead of the default first five characters of their Microsoft account email. If you skip the step, Windows will continue using the old naming scheme. The feature targets power users and is currently in Insider testing, with a broad rollout likely months away.
