Alexander Rossi sustained minor injuries to a finger on his left hand and his right ankle in a Monday practice crash at Indianapolis. Simon Pagenaud will miss qualifying for the NTT IndyCar Series race at Mid-Ohio after a massive practice crash caused by a suspected brake failure. Although he was quickly checked and released by the medical team, Pagenaud has not been cleared to return to racing. A further evaluation will determine his participation in the rest of the weekend. Pagenaud, a previous winner at Mid-Ohio, will be re-evaluated on Sunday morning.
