
Rossi eyes Indy 500 return after finger and ankle injuries
Alexander Rossi sustained minor injuries to a finger on his left hand and his right ankle in a Monday practice crash at Indianapolis. He underwent outpatient procedures and remains determined to race in the 110th Indianapolis 500; a backup car will be prepared, and his progress will be evaluated by the INDYCAR medical team with final practice on May 22 and the race on May 24 as targets.
