Sony Tightens PS Store Rules in Crackdown on Shovelware

Sony is tightening its PS Store publishing guidelines in a crackdown on shovelware. Afil Games says future PS5 releases will not appear on the platform and that all of its 900+ existing titles will be removed over time, part of a broader purge that has already seen tens of thousands of titles pulled this year. The studio says it will focus on Xbox, Microsoft Store, and Nintendo Switch for future releases.
