Netflix Sets Sights on Radford Studio Center in L.A.
Netflix is in final talks to buy the Radford Studio Center lot in Studio City, Los Angeles, for about $330 million, a deal that would give it ownership of a major production campus and could reshape its L.A. footprint beyond its current Sunset Studios leases through 2031.
