DFW Tops List of Most Stressful U.S. Airports in New 2025 Data Analysis
A new analysis by Rightway Parking ranks Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) as the most stressful U.S. airport, driven by a 33.67% increase in delays since 2021 and a 28% delay rate in 2025. Chicago O'Hare and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport follow in the top three. The study, which evaluated 55 major airports using federal flight data and Google Maps driving times, highlights that larger hubs with longer commutes from downtown areas face the highest stress levels. Conversely, Salt Lake City International Airport is ranked the least stressful, benefiting from low cancellation rates and proximity to its city center.
