
Porto-native Rui Oliveira wins Volta a Portugal stage in tribute to late Finlay Tarling
Rui Oliveira, a Porto native, won the final stage of the Volta a Portugal in Porto and dedicated the victory to the family of late British rider Finlay Tarling, who died after a crash on stage eight; Tarling’s NSN Development withdrew, while race leader Alexis Guerin secured the overall title.
