Love Leads the 2026 RB Class as Eagles Eye Depth Behind Barkley
Post-combine scouting narrows the 2026 running back class to one true elite in Jeremiyah Love (Notre Dame) with others as solid depth pieces. The Eagles still rely on Saquon Barkley as the lead back, but at 29 they’ll likely add a complementary running back. The class is expected to produce mostly mid- to late-round picks, with Love drawing a Deuce McAllister–style ceiling and the rest—Jadarian Price, Mike Washington Jr., Jonah Coleman, Kaytron Allen, Nicholas Singleton, Emmett Johnson, Seth McGowan, Le’Veon Moss, Jadyn Ott—slotting in as rotational or starter-upside backs.
