Unusual Weather Patterns Wreak Havoc in Central Florida
Central Florida has experienced extremely active weather with large hail and funnel clouds reported in the area. The colder-than-normal temperatures in the mid-levels of the atmosphere have contributed to the growth of large hail. The collision of two sea breezes has also led to tornado development, with four tornado warnings issued by the National Weather Service. More storms are expected through the weekend, but next week is looking better.
