The court ordered the EPA to reinstate the program, a decision praised by climate and environmental-justice groups; the EPA did not immediately comment.

"EPA's $7 Billion Solar For All Program Brings Renewable Energy to Low-Income Households"

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a $7 billion Solar for All Notice of Funding Opportunity, which aims to expand access to affordable and clean solar energy for low-income and disadvantaged communities. The initiative is part of the Investing in America agenda and aims to close the equity gap in solar energy access.
