
Russian shelling kills one and injures eight in Kherson, Ukraine.
Russian forces shelled rescuers who were cleaning up the territory in Kherson, killing one employee of the State Emergency Service and injuring eight others. The shelling occurred as the rescuers were carrying out recovery works. The Russian forces had blown up the dam of the Kakhovka HPP, causing flooding in areas in Kherson and Mykolaiv regions.
