States Push DHS for Data-Backed Clarification on Noncitizen Voter Claims
State officials in California, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey are pressing DHS Secretary Mullin to justify his claim that tens of thousands of noncitizens are on their voter rolls, demanding data sources and methodology, including whether AI was used, and unredacted rolls. California, Nevada and Pennsylvania have declined to share voter data due to privacy and concerns about accuracy; New Jersey found far fewer noncitizens than DHS claimed and said it would not disclose details. DHS has not commented yet. The dispute arises as Trump emphasizes alleged voter fraud.
