Fate of killer bear in Italy hangs in the balance.

An Alpine Brown bear, JJ4, who killed a jogger in Italy has been captured and granted a stay of execution after a court approved a petition by a bear conservation group. The bear was captured in a trap filled with fruit and taken to an animal care facility near Trento.
