Skyrim Runs at Double Frame Rate with DLSS 3 Mod Test
A modder has shared a DLSS 3 mod test video showcasing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim running at double the frame rate compared to using only DLSS Super Resolution. DLSS Frame Generation creates entirely new frames without passing through the CPU, overcoming CPU bottlenecks. The technology is based on Optical Flow Accelerators, available in previous RTX generations, but Ada Lovelace's new architecture has faster and more accurate accelerators. DLSS 3 mods can greatly increase the mileage that GeForce RTX 40 Series owners get out of their graphics cards.
