Todrick Hall’s Off-Broadway musical 'Midnight' has canceled its first week of previews, pushing the start date to September 25 and the opening night to October 15. Hall cited unforeseen circumstances and safety concerns regarding the production's complex physical elements, including a massive set and 140 costumes, which he described as unprecedented for the Daryl Roth Theatre.
Tom Holland is set to star as Romeo in director Jamie Lloyd's West End production of Romeo & Juliet, running from May 11 to August 3 at the Duke of York's Theatre. The production will feature text edited by Nima Taleghani and will be part of the Jamie Lloyd Company. Holland, known for his role in the Spider-Man franchise, began his show business career on stage and is welcomed back to the West End by Lloyd. Additional casting, including Juliet, has yet to be announced.
