Teen stepbrother indicted as adult in Anna Kepner murder aboard Caribbean cruise
The 16-year-old Timothy Hudson, Anna Kepner’s stepbrother, has been indicted on first-degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse and will be tried as an adult in federal court for her death aboard the Carnival Horizon. He was the only person in the cabin with Anna when she died of asphyxiation, and remains under GPS ankle monitoring as investigators sealed records and pursued the case with FBI involvement.
