Canes Stack Six Prospects After Day 2 of the 2026 NHL Draft
Carolina Hurricanes reshaped their 2026 draft by trading their first‑round pick to Nashville and converting #31 into two second-round picks, a third, and a fourth. They then selected six prospects on Day 2: William Håkansson (D), Wiggo Sörensson (F), Zachary Lansard (F), Michael Berchild (F), Ryder Fetterolf (G), and Zachary Jovanovski (G) across rounds 2–6. Five of the six are set to attend the development camp, with Wiggo Sörensson not joining.
