Gulf disturbance could become Tropical Storm Arthur by Wednesday
The National Hurricane Center is monitoring Potential Tropical Cyclone One, forecast to strengthen into Tropical Storm Arthur by Wednesday morning as it moves through the western Gulf toward Louisiana and Texas.
