Barcelona bar Sips has been named the world's best bar of 2023, followed by Double Chicken Please in New York City and Handshake Speakeasy in Mexico City. The World's 50 Best Bars list, determined by votes from drinks experts, also recognized three other bars in New York City and four in Mexico City. The awards ceremony, held in Singapore, celebrated the international drinking community and honored bartenders, bar owners, and brands shaping cocktail culture worldwide.
