Wrigley Field arrests: battery and cocaine possession charged at City Series opener
Chicago police arrested three people during Monday night’s City Series opener at Wrigley Field. A 26-year-old man said he was sucker-punched near a bathroom. David Cregan, 41, was charged with battery and possession of 25 grams of cocaine, while a 29-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman were charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Cregan was released pending trial and barred from contacting the victim. Police noted a separate bleacher brawl that went viral, but said the arrests were not connected to that incident.
