TL;DR

Dave's Hot Chicken, a rapidly expanding chain, has launched a limited-time "Not" Chicken, a spicy fried cauliflower alternative to traditional chicken. Available in bites, tenders, and a sandwich, the cauliflower option offers a satisfying crunch and spice, comparable to the chain's hot chicken. While a solid choice for non-meat-eaters, it may leave some feeling less satiated than traditional chicken options.
