Salmonella scare triggers full recall of Spring and Mulberry chocolate line

The FDA says Spring & Mulberry has expanded a prior recall to include all 12 date-sweetened chocolate bars after identifying a date ingredient as the likely contamination source; flavors affected include Blood Orange, Earl Grey, Lavender Rose, Mint Leaf and more; these bars were sold online and through select retailers since August 2025. No illnesses have been reported; all recalled products tested negative for salmonella. Consumers should discard affected bars and can request refunds by emailing [email protected].
