Audi A2 e-tron Aims for Efficiency Crown With Up to 401 Miles of Range

Audi’s A2 e-tron, due to launch in late 2026 in Germany as Audi’s entry‑level EV, uses VW Group’s MEB Variant 1 with four rear‑drive powertrains (168–322 hp) and 52–84 kWh battery options. It targets very high efficiency (drag coefficient as low as 0.24) and up to 401 miles WLTP range (roughly 343 miles EPA), aided by aero wheels, a flat underbody, and bidirectional charging (V2L/V2H). Fast charging peaks at 183 kW for the largest pack, with prices around €38,200 in Germany and no US plans announced.
