Comparing Climate Efforts: U.S. vs China, the World's Top Polluters

The United States and China, the world's two largest greenhouse gas emitters, are engaging in high-level talks to address climate change. While China currently emits more carbon dioxide than the US, the US has historically released almost twice as much.
