Republican senators recently blocked emergency aid for Ukraine and Israel due to the exclusion of immigration reforms. The U.S. has already allocated $111 billion to assist Ukraine, but without additional funding, it will run out by the end of the year, hindering Ukraine's ability to defend itself.
