TL;DR
A weekend storm is expected to bring rain and snow to Colorado, with heavy snowfall in the mountains and a mix of snow and rain in the Denver metro area. Travel delays are anticipated, especially in the mountains, and residents are advised to prepare for potential closures and delays by packing extra supplies. The forecast for the Front Range and Eastern Plains is less certain, with models struggling to predict the type of precipitation, but the Pinpoint Weather team will continue to provide updates.
