Front Range Storms Bring Hail, Snow, and Flooding to Colorado.

Boulder, Colorado faced a severe hailstorm that turned the streets into icy rivers and piled several inches of hailstones. The National Weather Service issued severe thunderstorm and flash flood warnings for the Colorado Front Range. The hailstones were mostly the size of dimes, with a few quarter-sized stones thrown in, but there was a lot of it. The storm was slow-moving and constantly redeveloping a new updraft, resulting in a continuous hailstorm. The storm also caused street flooding, which picked up and carried piles of hail. More showers and storms are expected in the coming days.
