Midweek Winter Storm Threatens KELOLAND After Quiet Sunday.

Above-freezing temperatures and patchy sunshine caused snow to melt statewide on Sunday. A weak cold front will bring cooler temperatures to Minnesota on Monday. A complex, slow-moving winter storm system will arrive in Minnesota on Tuesday, bringing rain, snow, and freezing rain. The storm will deepen over Minnesota, causing heavy snow and blizzard conditions in northwestern and west central Minnesota along with parts of the Dakotas. Severe storms are also possible in the middle of the country on Tuesday. The Twin Cities area should see mild accumulations of snow.
