Heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected to bring more flash flooding to parts of New Hampshire. A Flood Watch has been issued for northern and western areas of the state from Sunday afternoon through Tuesday midnight. Showers and thunderstorms will develop in the late afternoon, with widespread tropical downpours and thunderstorms expected on Sunday night and Monday. The western half of New Hampshire could see 1-3 inches of rain, with locally higher amounts possible. Flash flooding concerns are elevated due to saturated grounds from previous rainfall.
