"New Jersey Braces for Another Snowstorm with State of Emergency in Place"
TL;DR
New Jersey remains under a state of emergency as another winter storm is expected to bring 4 to 6 inches of snow, with isolated areas possibly seeing 6 to 8 inches. The state of emergency allows for organized emergency response and prevents price gouging, but does not ban people from the roads. Gov. Phil Murphy is set to host a news conference about storm preparations, and the National Weather Service has issued winter weather advisories and storm warnings for various counties.
