Severe Storms and Heavy Rain Expected Tuesday

Severe thunderstorms are expected to hit central Minnesota, including the Twin Cities, on Tuesday afternoon and evening, with the highest risk between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. The storms will bring more rain to already saturated areas, and temperatures will be summery ahead of a cold front. Cooler weather with northwest breezes and showers is forecast for Wednesday.
