"Severe Winter Storm Brings Heavy Snow and Strong Winds to Western South Dakota"

The National Weather Service has issued blizzard warnings for western South Dakota, eastern Wyoming, and northern Nebraska. The storm is expected to bring heavy snowfall, with accumulations greater than 12 inches and winds gusting up to 65 mph, leading to blizzard conditions and visibility dropping to zero at times. The storm is expected to last through Wednesday evening, and roads may be shut down and/or undrivable for 24 to 72 hours. Preparations should be taken seriously and finished up no later than noon on Monday.
