Biden's Absence Noted as G20 Leaders Pose for Group Photo
TL;DR
Joe Biden missed the group photo with G20 leaders in Rio de Janeiro due to logistical issues, alongside Canadian and Italian leaders. This incident occurred during Biden's final summit as US president, as world leaders focus on his potential successor, Donald Trump. The photo was part of an event launching an alliance to curb world hunger, and Biden's absence was not related to avoiding Russia's foreign minister. Biden has been advocating for support of Ukraine's sovereignty amid Russia's invasion.
