NASA astronaut Frank Rubio, along with Russian cosmonauts Sergei Prokopyev and Dmitri Petelin, are set to return to Earth after completing a record-setting yearlong stay aboard the International Space Station (ISS). Originally planned for a six-month mission, the crew had to extend their stay due to a coolant leak on their Soyuz spacecraft. They will undock from the ISS and land in Kazakhstan, marking the longest flight in U.S. space history. The crew will have spent a total of 371 days in orbit, with Prokopyev's total time in space reaching 568 days over two flights.
